  1. Liquify the watermelon in a blender.
  2. Place crushed ice in a tall glass.
  3. Strain the juice if desired.
  4. Pour honey followed by the watermelon juice into the glass.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves.
  7. Serve!
