Refreshing watermelon flavoured with fresh basil leaves..
- 4 cups watermelon, cut into cubes
- handful basil leaves
- 1⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt and black pepper
- Toss everything in a large salad bowl.
One of my summertime favorites. I've never tried it with olive oil and salt/pepper but will be this weekend! Glad you posted this; it couldn't be easier or more refreshing.
