Just your basic Watergate salad, sans marshmallows.
- 1 (3 ounce) box pistachio pudding mix
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
- 1⁄2 cup chopped pecans
- Empty pudding mix into medium sized bowl.
- Drain most of crushed pineapple and add to bowl with pudding mix.
- Add milk to bowl and mix together. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Fold in Cool Whip and pecans.
- Refrigerate before serving.
