My version of one of my favorite desserts.
- 2 (3 ounce) packages pistachio pudding mix
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice
- 1 (15 ounce) can mandarin oranges
- 1⁄3 juice mandarin orange
- 0.5 (10 1/2 ounce) bag mini marshmallows
- 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping
- Mix pudding mixes with the pineapple and juice and the juice from the oranges.
- Fold in the whipped topping and oranges.
- Mix in the marshmallows.
- Cover and chill for several hours.
