Works excellently on top of grilled fish but also good with pasta and new potatoes.
- 85 g watercress
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- Place everything in a food processor.
- Blend with 2 tbsp water to a smooth paste.
- season to taste.
