Yummo! I used some freshly grated fresh wasabi which is a bit milder so used around two tablespoons and it was a real treat.
I loved these! A real nice change from the usual mashed potatoes. Everyone loved them, except my toddler, she tried them but said it was too spicy & I had kept some out for her with just sour cream & butter. ;) Thanks for sharing, I Cook! (Saw lazyme's tag in Adopt A Tag & knew I had to make these too! :))
Yummy potatoes! These were very simple, creamy and with just a slight flavor of wasabi. Thanks I Cook Therefore I Am for a nice treat. Made for Adopt A Tag 2009.
