Warm White Chocolate Cookie Bits

  • Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir well to blend.
  • Cream butter, sugars, egg and vanilla together thoroughly. Add flour mixture and beat until combined. Add chocolate chips and pecans.
  • Shape dough into 4 rolls about 1 1/2 -inches in diameter. Wrap in waxed paper and freeze in plastic freezer bag or airtight container.
  • Remove desired amount of cookie dough from freezer and allow it to set at room temperature for at least 15 minutes for easier slicing.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F Line a baking with parchment paper.
  • Slice dough into 1/2-inch slices. Cut each slice into quarters. Place dough on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in preheated oven 10 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
