Low Carb easy to make
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened, cut into 1 inch blocks
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed, drained
- 1⁄2 cup heavy cream or 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese or 1⁄2 cup romano cheese
- 1 garlic clove
- Combine the ingredients in a food processor or beat with an electric mixer.
- Spoon into a 9” pie plate.
- Bake at 325° F for about 25 minutes.
- Serve warm with low-carb vegetables and enjoy!
