Warm, Spicy, Shrimp Salad

This healthy recipe was inspired by a local restaurant's warm calimari salad.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Mix all dressing ingredients and set aside.
  2. Add lettuce, spinach and mango to a large salad bowl.
  3. Spary a non-stick frying pan with an olive oil spritzer. Add garlic, pepper, onion and crushed chilies. Stir fry on med-high until veggies are cooked. Add to salad.
  4. Spary same pan again. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Add shrimp to salad.
  5. Top with dressing and serve.
