A great salad for an Autumn BBQ thanks Donna. I used vine ripened tomatoes, real bacon, and as I forgot to buy coriander, I subbed fresh mint which worked well. Our Japanese visitor had never eaten avocado or capers and really enjoyed them in this tasty salad.

Directions

  1. Cook potatoes until tender and quarter them.
  2. Grill bacon then chop into small pieces.
  3. Add everything to a pan and cook lightly for three minutes.
  4. Toss and serve on salad leaves.
