A great salad for an Autumn BBQ thanks Donna. I used vine ripened tomatoes, real bacon, and as I forgot to buy coriander, I subbed fresh mint which worked well. Our Japanese visitor had never eaten avocado or capers and really enjoyed them in this tasty salad.
This was just wonderful. I forgot to add capers but it was still fantastic, i also didn't have any coriander so used flat leaf pasley instead. We had it with steamed lemon salmon which complimented each other well. The colours of the patato salad were lovely. And hey, it's gotta look good! Thanks for the recipe.
