Delicious appetizer dip! The sour cream, parmesan and mushrooms are a perfect combination. I don't care for onions so left them out, and made half of the recipe. Served with wheat thins and triscuits and really loved this - thanks for sharing the recipe!

I made half recipe and it was perfect for me and DH for appetizer. I used light sour cream. This is very good. We tried with triscuit crackers (not the best), and then I toasted some pitas, it was way better. But with tostitos I'm sure it would be great. Thanks for a great recipe! As recommended I used french bread and texas toast. It was very tasty!

Rich creamy good! I made for 2 skipping the salt and used olive oil in place of the butter. After adding the flour it thickened up very fast so I deglazed the mushrooms with port wine and the lemon juice. I also added fresh thyme. Thyme complements mushrooms so yummy. Thanks for the good eats!
