  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 1 (8 ounce) package mixed baby greens

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients except the mixed baby greens in a microwave-safe medium bowl.
  2. Microwave at 100% power for 1 1/2 minutes.
  3. Stir, then toss with the mixed greens. Serve immediately.
