Warm Garlicky Grape Tomatoes

  • In small bowl, combine the tomatoes, garlic, basil, seasoning blend, salt and pepper.
  • Add 1/2 t oil; toss to coat.
  • Transfer to a 3-cup baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  • Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • Combine bread crumbs and remaining oil; sprinkle over the top.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is softened and tomatoes are tender.

  1. This is SO good! I halved the recipe to serve as a side dish with tilapia but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. I'm such a tomato lover, anyway, but then when you add basil, feta, and garlic, I'm in heaven. Thank you.
     
  2. I made this as a side dish to go with chicken. I love the feta and the basil with the tomatoes. I need some french bread to finish it off.
     
  3. Made a wonderful lunch when served as suggested over toasted crusty French bread. The only change I made was to cut the salt in half. The garlic and feta are such a great complement to these sweet warm little bites. Thanks so much for the post.
