Serve this dip with French bread slices.

  1. Heat the oil in the top half of a double boiler.
  2. Add the onions and garlic.
  3. Cook until just soft.
  4. Whisk in the cream and heat.
  5. Slowly whisk in the Brie.
  6. Simmer until melted.
  7. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
  8. Serve warm.
