This made for a lovely supper for a hot night. The chili powder was interesting -not sure that I tasted it but it possibly affected the color Healthy and easy too. Served this on your Strawberry Spinach Salad With Chicken Breast with sides of grilled pita sprinkled with feta and sliced tomatoes. Thank you for sharing Pink Diamond.
