  1. Place asparagus in an oven proof dish.
  2. Mix garlic and olive oil and pour over the top.
  3. Mix with hands till nicely coated.
  4. Generously grind with sea salt and fresh pepper.
  5. Bake at 400F for 10min, then tun over and add tomato and pepper.
  6. Turn to coat and bake 10 more minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and immediately turn out on a plate.
  8. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and crumble cheese over top.
