Walnuts and Blue Cheese Stuffed Brie

Lovely for the holidays, even better for get togethers with good friends.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 8 ounces round brie cheese
  • 14 cup toasted and chopped walnuts
  • 14 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut brie in half horizontally.
  3. Mix together the nuts, cheese, parsley and chives.
  4. Sprinkle evenly over the bottom half of the brie, cover with the top half.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve with crackers.
