      Nice crust, with a tender inside crumb ~ great nutty flavor! This was my first attempt at using all whole wheat flour. I mixed on the dough cycle of my ABM, then baked in my oven. I added one teaspoon lemon juice to extend the shelf life, and added three teaspoons vital wheat gluten. Tagged for Fall Rookie Recipes, due Oct 11th.

      Annacia, I did cheat and used the ABM to prep the dough. After removing from the ABM, the dough was shaped into three mini loaves and placed in a mini-loaf pan, covered and allowed to rise for about 40 minutes. The walnuts are an inspiring, delicious addition to the bread adding flavor, richness and depth. I chopped the walnuts very finely and they practically disappeared into the bread. Tasted just as good the next day with butter and honey as much as the bread did straight out of the oven. Made for Veg Tag/September. Highly recommend *and* ~Tasty Dish~-approved!

      Very nice nutty taste to this bread. I am not a fan of whole wheat bread but I am a fan of this one. Thanks for posting this Annacia. Will make again. Made for Newest Zaar Tag.
