Here's a nice stuffing for Fillet of Beef. You can use Hazelnuts if you like.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 12 cup finely chopped onion
  • 12 cup finely ground walnuts
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 12 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1 12 teaspoons grated orange rind
  • 3 teaspoons port wine

Directions

  1. Heat butter over medium heat in a medium saucepan.
  2. Saute onions for 5 minutes or until translucent.
  3. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
  4. Stuff Beef fillet and cook to desired doneness.
