  1. this is delicious. it is more of a tart, as it is thin, and i think this would make a great base for fruit and some glaze, then added whipped cream. which is what i will do next time. i served this with kimke's whipped cream, very tasty and the whole thing disppeared in one day, so that saya it all.

  2. Really delicious and simple recipe! The best part was how easy it was and how few ingredients I needed! Definitely let it cool, but it's still good even when a little gooey. I made it in a graham cracker crust shell and was fabulous with a dollop of ice cream on top. Thanks so much, this is perfect for satisfying a sweet tooth and not too filling!

  3. YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY. My husband wasn't that crazy about it, but it is now my favorite snack food and I make it at least once a week with a different fruit topping everytime. Doesn't make a lot at a time so I am glad I am the only one eating it.

  4. Delicious! I followed Rose's Granddaughter's advice and it was great. Still added whip cream to it though.

  5. I wasn't expecting this to be as good as it turned out! I actually used one cup of walnuts and instead of whipped cream, I sliced up four cups of strawberries, added a bit of sugar - tasted like like gourmet starwberry shortcake when I was done. Hint: if you don't have a food processor, put the graham crackers and walnuts in a strong ziploc bag and hammer with a hard object. Crushes perfectly.
