- 1 lb fettuccine noodles, preferably made with egg
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 lb walnuts
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 quarts water
- Cook noodles according to package, drain and run under cold water to stop cooking.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium-high and add the ground walnuts and sugar.
- Stir until mixed.
- Add noodles and toss to coat.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
