I love this recipe. I left out the walnuts as hubby doesn't like them but this is still an excellent dish and a wonderful new way to use up holiday ham. Thanks for a great recipe that we'll be using over and over again!

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute garlic in oil for 1 minute.
  3. Add walnuts, saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in ham; cook until heated through, about 2 minutes.
  5. Drain pasta; toss with ham mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
