Directions

  1. In bowl, combine first seven ingredients.
  2. Pour into pastry shell.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until set.
  4. Cool on wire rack.
  5. In saucepan, melt chocolate chips and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  6. Stir in cream until smooth.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in coffee.
  8. Serve pie with fudge sauce over the top of served slices and coffee or mocha icecream.
