- 2 tablespoons sherry wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons unrefined walnut oil
- 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt
- black pepper
- Place first 3 ingredients in a bowl and wisk well.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
