Nice dessert-very sweet. Reminds me of something my mother makes. Served ours with Renaissance Festival Turkey Legs. Thank you for sharing. Made for ZWT6 Zingo for Unrulies Under the Influence.

This is an interesting dessert. I used half walnuts and half almonds. The graham cracker flavor really shines through so these might be really good with chocolate ice cream and some marshmallow topping ala "fancy smores" (think that is what we will do for dessert tonight!).

We enjoyed these 'bars', for lack of a better word. They were chewy and nutty. Hard to believe there is no flour in the recipe! They went together easy enough, and were done in 25 minutes. I used my glass 9 X 9 pan, as that is as close as I have in size - it worked just fine! Thanks for sharing, MomLuvs6. Made for ZWT.

Very nice dessert - like a walnut brownie! The walnut taste really shines through here. I served with a light drizzle of nutella; next time I may sprinkle some chocolate chips and/or coconut on top before baking. Thanks for sharing the recipe! Made for ZWT6, Zwizzle Chicks

We liked these. I lightly drizzled home-made caramel over them and they were delicious with a cup of tea. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Made for ZWT6 Zingo.

These are really quite good and something out of the ordinary. I didn't know what to expect with only 2 eggs as wet ingredients, but the finished texture is soft and chewy. I wonder if the beaten egg whites are what made the bars light and chewy? The graham crumbs add another layer of sweetness, almost honey like. This reminds me of something I would have found on my Grandma's cupboard. She always had simple yet tasty treats when we came to visit. I would make these again and not change a thing. After I added the mixture to the pan (it will be crumbly), I lightly patted the crumbs down with the bottom of a measuring cup to even the mixture out. I preferred these cooled and plain vs served with ice cream. Made for ZWT6- ZINGO!
