- 118.29 ml chopped walnuts
- 14.79 ml seasoned bread crumbs
- 14.79 ml lemon zest
- 9.85 ml olive oil
- 2.46 ml salt
- 1.23 ml pepper
- 680.38 g salmon fillets
- 14.79 ml Dijon mustard
- 1 lemon, wedged
directions
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
- In food processor pulse walnuts, breadcrumbs, lemon zest, oil, salt and pepper until crumbly.
- Place salmon filets, skinned side down, on baking sheet.
- Brush tops with mustard.
- Press crust evenly onto filets.
- Bake until just opaque in center. 15-18 minutes.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
