  1. Heat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine A.1. Sauce, chocolate, milk and butter into a microwaveable bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir. Repeat until the mixture is melted and smooth.
  3. Roll the pastry sheet into a 16x12-inch rectangle. Spread the chocolate mixture on the pastry to within 1 1/2 inches of the edge.
  4. Sprinkle with the walnuts and cherries.
  5. Roll up like a jelly roll. Place seam-side down onto a baking sheet.
  6. Beat the egg and water in a small bowl.
  7. Brush the roll with the egg mixture.
  8. Bake for 35 minutes.
  9. Cool. Slice into 6 portions.
