"A classic Waldorf Salad with a new twist! The fresh Chavrie goat cheese gives it a nice tang, which compliments the sweet apples."

ingredients

• 2 Red Delicious apples
• 1 stalk celery
• 2.46 ml lemon juice
• 151.18 g package chavrie fresh goat cheese (Pyramid)
• 118.29 ml walnut pieces

directions

1. Core and dice apples.
2. Dice celery.
3. Mix apples, celery and lemon juice with Chavrie.
4. Serve on a bed of lettuce and top with walnut pieces.
