  3. Waldorf Salad Supreme: Decrease celery to 1 medium stalk and nuts to 1/4 cup.
  4. Stir in 1 can (8 1/4 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained, 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows and 1/3 cup cut up dates.
