- 473.18-946.36 ml rotisserie-cooked chicken, shredded
- 236.59 ml chopped apple (Fugi or Granny Smith work best)
- 118.29 ml celery, sliced
- 236.59 ml seedless grapes, halved
- 118.29 ml walnut pieces
- 29.58 ml mayonnaise
- 4.92 ml lemon juice
- 1.23 ml salt
- 0.61 ml pepper
directions
- Mix all the fruits and vegetables together.
- Toss lightly with the lemon juice.
- Stir in walnuts, chicken and mayonnaise.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate at least two hours to allow flavors to meld.
