This is delicious and uses very little ingredients. I made it by just playing around in my kitchen. The frozen strawberries give it a great texture.

Directions

  1. First pulse strawberries in blender or food processer until not chunky anymore.
  2. Then add the yogurt.
  3. Once that's combined add protein powder, blend and ENJOY!
