This is the bar specialty at Hotel Hana-Maui.
- 1 1⁄4 cups passion-orange-guava juice or 1 1⁄4 cups tropical fruit juice
- 1 cup strawberry, thinly sliced
- 1⁄2 cup golden rum
- 1⁄2 cup cream of coconut (Coco Lopez)
- 1⁄4 cup half-and-half
- 8 ice cubes
- strawberry, whole
- Puree first 6 ingredients in blender.
- Pour into glasses.
- Garnish with berries.
