"meatloaf with corn on top"

ingredients

• 680.38 g ground beef
• 118.29 ml rolled oats
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• 4.92 ml salt
• 4.92 ml pepper
• 157.80 ml milk
• 1 large onion, minced
• 6.16 ml dry mustard
• 4.92 ml Worcestershire sauce
• 59.14 ml ketchup
• 425.24 g can whole kernel corn
• 29.58 ml cornstarch
• 29.58 ml butter

directions

1. 375 degrees.
2. mix oats in milk
3. let soak 15 minutes then add meat onion garlic.
4. put in 8 inch pan.
5. mix ketchup mustard and worcestershire sauce
6. brush on top of meat.
7. bake 40 minutes
8. meanwhile mix cornstarch butter and corn.
9. bring to a boil.
10. thicken
11. pour over top of meatloaf.
12. bake 10 minutes.
