It takes less than a minute to mash berries with maple syrup to make waffles extra special, and still only about 300 calories.
- 1⁄2 cup frozen unsweetened mixed berries, thawed
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 frozen whole-grain waffles, toasted
- Mash berries with syrup, heat in microwave for 30 seconds, and put on top of toasted waffles.
