You can cook these in a Belgium or any other waffle press, so delicious and such a great flavor. I add fresh blueberries often for an extra kick!

Love this recipe. They are really light and fluffy. I swapped 1 cup of all purpose flour for whole wheat flour and they were still great! Thanks for sharing!

  1. I mix all dry ingredients first and add eggs, milk, vanilla and oil last. Cook until done and enjoy with butter, syrup, peanut butter and honey or whatever you like on your waffles! The servings you get out of this recipe vary on what type of waffle press you use.
