Great recipe but i modified the ingredients to make it less fattening
- 1 3⁄4 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon morton lite salt
- 2 egg whites
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 3⁄4 cups 1% low-fat milk
- 2 egg yolks
- Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Mix all other ingredients and fold in egg whites.
