Let me just say, I am not a pancake or waffle lover but my two granddaughters wanted to make waffles on a snow day from school. None of us really care for maple syrup so I made sausage gravy and we poured that over these. I used the leftovers in place of bread and butter for our supper later and even though they were softer when microwaved the true flavor came out in these. I will keep this handy to use again. Thanks for posting!
I'm back. Along with the nutmeg and cinnamon, I added a tsp of vanilla extract. Yummy!
The waffles turned out awsome, very tasty, but don't use skim milk as an ingredient. It tends to thin out the batter....
Made 8 waffles. Added warm kitchen spices and vanilla extract!! My guys couldn't stop raving about them, we will definitely be making this recipe again and again!

These were really tasty! I substituted half the oil for butter to make it more creamy and ate them with Nutella and banana. YUM.
Very nice simple recipe. Quickly able to whip these up and enough to feed 4 hungry adults.
