  1. Beat egg whites until stiff and fluffy. Set aside.
  2. Mix margarine, egg yolks, sugar, salt, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
  3. Add flour to mixture - will be crumbly.
  4. Mix with egg whites and knead until a smooth ball.
  5. Refrigerate, covered, at least 4 hours.
  6. Heat waffle iron.
  7. Make little balls and put in for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Glaze with powered sugar icing.
