I tried this with a whole chicken and my family raved!! I made the seasoning paste and put it under the skin....very good!!!! Thanks!
This is a very tasty, attractive recipe that is quick & easy to make. I rubbed the spices and onion on the tenderloin 4 hours before baking .. I butterflied the loin as I was running a bit late - only took 1/2 hour in the oven Served with steamed carrots, snowpeas, green beans and small new red potatoes - Lovely meak thanks CindiJ
