Spicy and sweet, like all good bar-b-que sauces. The Galliano adds a special taste. over your meat before cooking, while cooking, or at the end, as you prefer. And yes, those measurements are fractions of a tablespoon. Just eye-ball it. This is where the art of cooking comes in to play. Yield is approximate.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Chop onion fine.
  2. Remove seeds and chop bell pepper fine.
  3. Chop garlic fine.
  4. Melt butter in a sauce pan and add onion, bell pepper and garlic. Saute.
  5. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 15 minutes or more until thick and pungent. If it gets too thick, add more water.
