  1. Heat a large skillet and add the oil, butter, garlic and shallots.
  2. Gently saute for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add vodka, reduce by half, 3 minutes.
  4. Add chicken stock, tomatoes. Bring sauce to a bubble and reduce heat to simmer, 8-10 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  7. Stir in cream sauce. When sauce returns to a bubble, remove it from the heat.
  8. Drain pasta.
  9. Toss hot pasta with sauce.
  10. Yum!
