Just what I was looking for on a Friday night after the kids were in bed. Very simple. Thanks.

I always liked when my DH makes it for me. He just takes the vermouth and coats a chilled martini glass then discards the vermouth. Shakes really well the vodka and ice and pours into glass topping with lemon. But then I do add ice to my drink when 1/2 done to make it last longer. This method skipped the adding of the ice. I just still like discard any remaining vermouth. Thanks!
