- 6 roma tomatoes, finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed & minced
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 cup basil leaves, finely shredded
- 2 teaspoons vodka
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- Combine all the ingredients together and let sit for a half hour. Serve on thinly sliced and toasted baguette.

I was looking for a basic bruschetta recipe, then came across this and had to try it. Very good; just the right proportions of ingredients.
