An absolute delight on a hot summer afternoon. I like to add lots of ice--this way it's more like an sorbet you can drink with a straw.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup vodka (adjust to suit)
  • 1 12 cups fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • ice cubes or crushed ice

  1. Blend together vodka, orange juice, ice cubes and raspberries, reserving a few raspberries for garnishing.
  2. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with extra raspberries.

Mmmmm. Yummy. This was so nice and refreshing. The orange flavor isn't overpowering, but is balanced instead. Oh, tons of ice are a must. Thanks for the drink recipe, Stardust!

This was a great drink for a Saturday night! My husband and I both really enjoyed it, and thought the measurements were spot on. It was also really nice to have a tasty, fruity drink that didn't require lots of different liquors. Thanks for sharing! (Made for Beverage Tag)
