I just had these ingredients on hand and it worked! Tastes great and is healthy! Adjust ingredients to your tastes or what is in your frig!
- 1⁄2 cup cranberries, frozen whole
- 1 large carrot, sliced
- 1 mango, peeled, I only use 1/2
- 6 strawberries, capped
- 1⁄2 cup cantaloupe
- 1 tablespoon grape juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon Splenda granular
- 1⁄4 cup nonfat milk
- Place all ingredients into the blender and process until smooth-add 2 ice cubes and process until blended into the smoothie. Enjoy!
