This sauce was quick and delicious. I enjoyed it over high fibre pasta and some sauteed mushrooms. Yum! I thought that the amount of cornstarch sounded awfully high but it worked just fine for me as listed. Made for my adopted chef for Fall PAC 2011. Thanks FLKeysJen! :)
