Vino Salsicce Con Ramen

"My own creation. VERY simple, but then again simplicity is the key..."

• Ingredients: 4
• Serves: 6

ingredients

• 3 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodles (any flavor)
• 1 head garlic (peeled, halved)
• 3 lbs bulk sausage
• dry red wine (as needed)

directions

1. Speparate noodles from flavor packets.
2. Toss garlic with flavor packets.
3. Layer with the sausage in a crockpot.
4. Add enough wine to just cover.
5. Cook on low, undisturbed, for 8 hours.
6. Cook noodles per directions. Drain. Place on plates.
7. Top with sausage mix.
