It is always good to know some non-alcoholic cocktail recipes for those who choose not to drink.
- 2 ounces grape juice
- 1 ounce lemon juice (or juice of 1/2 lemon)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fine sugar
- 6 -8 ounces cream soda
- Combine the grape juice, lemon juice and sugar in a shaker half filled with ice. Shake well.
- Pour into a highball glass partly filled with ice.
- Add soda. Stir gently.
I quadrupled this recipe since there were 4 of us for dinner & even had one of the guests bring her 'shaker' since that's one thing I don't own!
