I loved this recipe. I like tart and tangy foods and thought this would be more tangy. This was not strong tasting at all, just simple goodness. Used the oven method to cook. Baked 35 minutes total. Can't wait to enjoy again soon. Will try using malt vinegar, as another reviewer had used. Very good fries. Thanks for posting lets.eat.

I made up some of these yummy fries to go with some grilled hot dogs, and what a treat they were. I used Malt vinegar on mine, which I much prefer, because the flavor is so good, and I have been using it for years on my fries at the fair, and when I make them at home. If you love fries, try this recipe, as they are out of this world good! Thank you for sharing this one Leeza!

These were yummy but not nearly as strong as I expected. Next time I'll double the salt and vinegar and they'll be perfect. Thanks for sharing!
