Found this in Australian Bartender magazine. A cocktail that uses Absinthe as the main ingredient. It also has cranberry & lemon juice, so if you're not a fan of sour stuff this may not be for you. I gave it a go & was pretty happy with the results :)
- Shake &
- Strain into a LARGE shot glass.
This shot was harsh and after the raspberry taste subsides there was an overwhelming sour burning that really left a bad taste in the mouth. So sorry... but we did not like this one. Maybe leaving the lemon out may help and adding some triple sec or something sugary.
